A house from 1703, built over three centuries ago, Les Pletes was one of the stops for shepherds on their transhumance routes. It was a mandatory stop: hence the name, from the “pletes” or livestock enclosures. In 2001 we began a deep restoration, respecting stone walls, original beams, and plaster vaults, but adapting everything to modern comfort. Today the house combines its historical memory with all the services expected by guests: aerothermal climate control, pool, sauna, bioclimatic pergola, multipurpose room, fully equipped kitchen, and more. Each room preserves original elements: stone walls, exposed beams, and plaster vaults. The result is a warm, honest interior where every detail has history. The bathrooms, with handcrafted geometric tiles, add a Mediterranean touch.
